Clearmysnow is a residential snow removal company in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada. In 2013, they were servicing nearly 300 clients with a fleet of five vehicles. Looking to expand operations, the owner sought ways to improve operations, promotions, website appeal, and online presence.
I delivered a complete website redesign, including a content overhaul, and an interactive service quote and checkout. In the first year:
- Reduced bounce rate from over 60% to under 10% during peak season.
- 600% lead conversion growth, 1800% online sales growth.
